Only with an elaborate and well thought out concept it was possible to renovate the run down Borgo and achieve such high quality. It was the highest goal to maintain as much as possible of the centuries old building fabric to retain the fairytale charm of Galenda.

The focus was on the natural and high quality building materials of this region: handmade terracotta floors, open wood truss ceilings, windows and doors made of solid chestnut wood, premium natural stones and biological surface treatments. Naturally Feel Good.
